tried searching travel and tours in Puerto princesa Palawan using google and this agency showed up. Read the reviews and convinced to avail their tour. I was very satisfied of their tour in El Nido Palawan, everything was smooth, and hassle free. They are really fast to take money, but they are not fast to fix the problems. They stole my money, they never provide me the services those i booked with them. For bad weather, they cancell a visit and they said me they will refund just 50%. Really i can’t understand what they think about: service. Let me teach you, i paid for 1 service, if you can’t provide me, you have to give me alternative or refund, but never take 50% of my money. I can’t reply to the travel agency, so i reply here, yes you refund us 17500 php. You charge us 144 usd aprox for no service. My recomendation is send penalty policy and itinerary with the confirmation to avoid this kind of comments that you can read here, because you have 3 years experience, myself near 20 years, and myself didn’t lived anything similar till now. Thanks for teach me something new. Good luck in your business

Good service! Reliable and they action very fast they resolve the problem during on tour!The owner is hands on to all her guest!From the tour guide and driver! Good job! We surely come back and do the booking again on our next tour in Elnido Palawan!!!
