its so affordable and cheap with supurb 5star experience. i realized that you dont have to spent more to experience 5 star service as long you are booked with NATURAL ARTS TRAVELS AND TOURS. 10/10 would book again. they did take care all my need on the tour with professionalism. from the port to the island. from a van to the boat i need to get into island destination. highly recommend i would rate this 100/100 if i can. dont listen to what they say that the agency dont care about you. besides another thing they care about you is your safety.

We had an awful experience during our vacation due to the weather. We went this past month, July, worried about the upcoming storm. We still took the risk, being promised that there will be plenty of alternatives if our tours were canceled. (The alternatives, however, does not amount to the money you had paid for if you were to go on the tour.) We booked a 6-day trip to Puerto Prinsesa, El Nido, and Coron. There were 7 of us so we wanted an agency to handle our tour instead of doing everything ourselves--plus the fact that our US phones barely worked in the islands...we could not get any signal to research nearby places. The owner of this business was nice but if you are trying to go to Palawan around the rainy season (July), I suggest you do not book this agency because they do not do refunds on any cancellations (as stated on their Terms and Conditions). Otherwise, they do have good deals. I am giving 2 stars because the hotel assigned for our tour in El Nido was terrible. They charged us for everything, from extra towels to plates and silverware. The rooms looked okay but were infested with red ants that bit us throughout the night. Another reason for the 2 stars was our experience after taking the "alternative" to the island hopping tour after it was canceled. Our designated driver refused to cross the bridge to get us to the beach so they stuck us on the back of a pick-up truck. It would have been fine if the driver cared enough to not drive as if he was in NASCAR. We asked him to slow down on the way back since the roads were very rocky and we had to sit on our butts. He did not slow down, if anything, I think he was even faster. It was cold because of the rain. My senior mother was freezing on the way back but they refused to let her into the truck because she was soaked. (BTW, that driver and our tour guide were also soaked from the rain.) We informed the agency's owner about these tour guides and the hotel in El Nido--I hope she can make different arrangements for future guests.

My son and I went with Vanessa De Castro and Natural Arts and Travel Tour for my Coron and El Nido vacation packages. My son and I did everything at the last minute. Our schedule was not set until the day before we left. Vanessa worked with us diligently and with a lot of patience. She was very nice with all the schedule and last minute changes all night long. Lol Despite all that, she was still able to get us the best deal for our accommodations, scuba diving, and island hopping tours. She made arrangements where everything was paid up front already and all we have to do was transfer payment one time through PayPal. It really worked out great, fast, and very convenient for us! Vanessa also set us up for our Cebu tours with her vast network of tour operators. We are very satisfied with her friend and tour operator, Aylwin Michael Tolentino Llacuna. We are very happy and is really very convenient that Vanessa knows people in the travel and tour industry that she can just call at the last minute to help us out. Aylwin did really great in making a suggestion for our itinerary in Cebu. He is very knowledgeable and really know the island. Working with Vanessa and Natural Arts and Travel Tour made it very convenient for us. It was a one-stop shopping for us for tour packages in multiple islands and parts of the country. Thank you very much Vanessa for taking care of our “emergency” and last minute vacation. Ha ha ha

tried searching travel and tours in Puerto princesa Palawan using google and this agency showed up. Read the reviews and convinced to avail their tour. I was very satisfied of their tour in El Nido Palawan, everything was smooth, and hassle free. Good choice of accommodation in Puerto and El Nido, very clean and friendly staff, as well as our boat tour in El Nido, It was awesome. The crew was very kind.

They are really fast to take money, but they are not fast to fix the problems. They stole my money, they never provide me the services those i booked with them. For bad weather, they cancell a visit and they said me they will refund just 50%. Really i can’t understand what they think about: service. Let me teach you, i paid for 1 service, if you can’t provide me, you have to give me alternative or refund, but never take 50% of my money. I can’t reply to the travel agency, so i reply here, yes you refund us 17500 php. You charge us 144 usd aprox for no service. My recomendation is send penalty policy and itinerary with the confirmation to avoid this kind of comments that you can read here, because you have 3 years experience, myself near 20 years, and myself didn’t lived anything similar till now. Thanks for teach me something new. Good luck in your business
